| Bona Fide Social Non-Profit. |

| Why do you need to have
memberships? |
| IT IS THE LAW! Otherwise we
would be closed at midnight on Saturday’s and all day Sunday! |

| Who is going
to check on you? |
| SC-ABC,
SLED, SC department of labor, gaming, building department,
DHEC, Fire Marshall and anyone else that generally feels the urge. |

| How do you get “busted”? |
| Serving to minors. [Duh!],
allowing non-members to consume alcohol, not keeping required
membership data, cleanliness, etc. are the main ways. |
|
| What happens if you get caught? |
| You receive a significant fine.
Your Alcohol licenses could be suspended or even permanently
revoked! Depending on the offense and the frequency of the
transgressions. |
|
| Other places let us in without
a membership, why don’t you? |
| Our goal as a Private Club is
to provide a fun and lively environment for our members. Being
closed or having an ABC inquiry only would disrupt our patrons. If
others “bend” the law, it is their issue to resolve. |

| In Charlotte,
all you have to do is pay $5-$10 bucks and you are in . . . why the
big deal? |
| Laws in North and South
Carolina are very different. Our member’s information must be
accurate and available at all times! North Carolina pubs don’t
even take your name and address, never mind retain a valid address,
member origin date, dates of all payments, etc. |

| How did you come up with your
dues figures? |
| We tried to make it as
reasonable as possible for ALL of our potential members. A close
look will show you that a basic single annual membership will cost
you about a $1 per week to have a club that is open till 2AM on
Saturday and can serve you on Sunday! |

| Which Program is best for me? |
| The will depend on how often
you come, what you buy when you get here and which level of
membership you purchase. |
|
| How do I save money? |
| The Gold and Charter
memberships offer a discount as a “reward” on various
categories. You also will be given a specified number of Weekly
Guest passes as specified in your plan. |
|
| How much does this Private club
cost me? |
| Worst case . . . about $1 per week. Best case . . . who knows! You can
easily save more than your membership fee on certain programs. IN
EITHER CASE . . . who CARES! This will be your place and the cost
will be small measured against your entertainment! |

| What is my big benefit? |
| You are closer to home. You
don’t have to stop Saturday night just when the fun is starting.
You get good food at a fair price. You have somewhere to go on a
Sunday instead of Charlotte. Friends, Fun, Sports, leagues, etc. do
we really have to go on? |

| Do I have to buy a membership
for my spouse? |
| You
don’t have to but. . . {I guess that is another story}. Your
spouse of significant other may accompany you inconsistently or
frequently. In either case, you will be the judge over the
practicality of upgrading to a “Family” membership. If she comes
often, the “Family” upgrade will be very valuable. |

| Can I bring a guest? |
| ABSOLUTELY! A member can bring
in guests at a daily charge of $2.00 per/person. The guest will have
to fill out the guest registration and be accompanied by the member.
The guest will have to leave when you do AND you are responsible for
their tab and behavior. |

| Can I book a private party? |
| ABSOLUTELY! This is an area
that we plan on continuing to grow! For smaller groups, we can
simply set
up the food and drink area in the Lounge. You will have your own
server (s). If a larger event is sponsored, management will have to
work with you on the logistics |
